Research activities of APRESO are carried out in the fields of social phenomena and organizational processes.
As for social phenomena, members of APRESO deal, for example, with dynamics of cooperation and competition, self-centered (selfish) and other-centered (altruistic) behaviors, the phenomenon of volunteering and social innovation.
As for organizational processes, members of APRESO deal, for example, with learning and training, differences between different professional roles, work socialization and organizational innovation.
Studies are carried out on the field through a data collection, both online and offline, in such social and organizational contexts as companies and firms. The approach is mainly quantitative, with the possibility of deepening some research aspects with such qualitative methods as interviews.
