The APRESO team deals with research and intervention projects related to social phenomena and organizational processes. Its members approach in studying organizational procedures is mainly action-research. Thus, while we carry out interventions requested by social and organizational realities, the way issues are dealt improves through the systematization of data and actors’ involvement. Our projects address questions regarding organizational culture or climate and take the form of training or counselling interventions. Indeed, our ultimate goal is to gain scientifically grounded knowledge of organizational and social matters.
